The battle scene for Renesmee. Were you disappointed how things turned out? Did you want a battle? If so, who would die? What would be the repercussions of that character's death?

--Edward? (like that would ever happen)

--Jacob?
--Seth?
--some other wolf i don't care about?
--Bella? (as if.)
--Jasper?
--Alice?
--Rosalie?
--Emmett?
--a various side character vampire?
--Any of the volturi.
I think it made sense that way. However, in the battle with the newborns in Eclipse, I would have liked to see a little more blood. One of the Volturi, one of the wolves (Leah?), MAYBE one of the Cullens, but that would be pushing it a little. What do you think?
ReplyDeleteI wished Emmett died just so Rosalie would have a legitimate reason to kill herself. It would be perfectly emo. I wished some action happened, because without it, it leaves a 'we'll be back' ending
ReplyDeleteHmm... That sounds horrible but I kind of agree. But at the same time, I love Emmett. He's awesome. I would rather have Rosalie die. But that would destroy Emmett. So maybe it's better that way. But then Edward would miss Emmett and Esme would be torn up about them both. I think it's better to have a wolf die, just because they're less crucial to the story. Leah's death isn't going to have as much of an effect on everyone else as one of the vampires...
